Black Faces in High Places: A Roadmap for Success

Dr. Jeffrey A. Robinson is an award-winning professor at Rutgers Business School, an international speaker, and an entrepreneur. Through his research, business leadership, and community activities, he makes direct impacts on corporate workplaces, entrepreneurs and economic development policy in the state of New Jersey and beyond.

In this talk, Dr. Robinson discussed why Black leadership matters in all industries and organizations. Using examples from his own career and the book, he explained some of the hurdles he faced as well as strategic actions taken by other Black faces in high places. He hopes to provide a roadmap for Black professionals who are moving up through their organizations or industries to help the larger agenda for equity, justice and transformation succeed.
