SAVE THE DATE! The Bloustein School Alumni Awards Celebration will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2027, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Zimmerli Art Museum. 

Nominations for the 2027 Bloustein School Alumni Achievement Awards are now open. The Alumni Achievement Awards recognize Bloustein School alumni who have made exemplary contributions to their professions and communities, while demonstrating support of the Bloustein School. Please take some time to nominate alumni for the following categories:

  • Dean’s Medal of Merit: Awardees of the Bloustein School’s highest honor, the Dean’s Medal of Merit, are friends or alumni of the school and are selected by the Office of the Dean for their exceptional dedication and commitment to the Bloustein School and Rutgers University.
  • Retired Faculty Award: This award will honor the extraordinary dedication and lasting contributions of our esteemed retired faculty members. This award celebrates the distinguished careers of those who have shaped the minds of countless students, made significant research contributions to their field, and provided long-standing service to Bloustein and the Rutgers academic community at large
  • Career Achievement: For this award, nominate a Bloustein School Alum with 15 or more years of experience in their field, whose personal and professional accomplishments have demonstrated the highest standard of the public service ethic and whose commitment to civic improvement has brought credit to themselves, their communities, and the Bloustein School.
  • Rising Star: For this award, nominate a Bloustein School Alum with fewer than 15 years of experience in their field, whose personal and professional accomplishments have been of the highest caliber and have brought credit to the school.
