The New Start Career Network launched in late 2015 is taking an innovative approach to ending unemployment by developing a village of volunteer coaches who are helping job seekers age 45 and older, learn and apply practical job search techniques, and by offering hope and inspiration.
“It’s about people helping people,” said Dana Lichtstrahl, one of New Start’s 150 volunteer coaches and a resident of Princeton.
