Soumitra Bhuyan, Executive Director of Health Administration Programs and Associate Professor at Rutgers University-New Brunswick’s Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, is the co-editor of a new textbook Fundamentals of Healthcare Management: Theory and Practice.
