Congratulations to Dr. Soumitra Bhuyan, Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Bloustein School’s Health Administration Programs, who has been selected for the Rutgers–New Brunswick Faculty Affairs Leadership Faculty Fellowship for the 2026–27 academic year.
Selected through a competitive Rutgers-wide process, the Faculty Affairs Leadership Faculty Fellowship provides faculty leaders with the opportunity to contribute to university-level faculty affairs priorities while further developing their leadership experience.
The fellowship builds on Dr. Bhuyan’s experience in academic leadership, program development, faculty engagement, and higher education. In addition to serving as as Executive Director of the Health Administration programs, Dr. Bhuyan was also the founding director of the school’s newly launched Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) program, leading its development and launch.
