New Video: “The Limitless League” Wellness Grant

April 18, 2025

This semester the Bloustein School was the recipient of a 2025 ScarletWell Connection Grant from the Rutgers Center for Faculty Success, a public health and prevention-focused approach to mental health and wellness for Rutgers–New Brunswick’s students, faculty, and staff.

“The Limitless League” was a 90-day challenge aimed at enhancing the physical and mental well-being of the Bloustein School’s faculty and staff and led by Aakanksha Deoli, Stephanie Kose-Crozier, and Anita Franzione. The Bloustein School’s challenge runs through May, 2025.

In the challenge, a Bloustein faculty member and a staff member were paired together at the beginning of the semester. Using a Bingo card that featured a variety of wellness activities aimed at enhancing both physical and mental well-being, some activities were designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships and required completion with the paired partner, including coffee chats, sharing hobbies, trying a healthy smoothie, or taking a walk. Others, such as drinking a specified amount of water or meeting a daily step goal, were completed individually.

As part of Rutgers-New Brunswick’s Wellness Week 2025, beginning Monday, April 21, Stephanie and Aakanksha were featured in the video introducing the new wellness programs led by students, faculty, and staff and sponsored by the ScarletWell initiative.
