Rutgers Fall Career & Internship Mega Fair: Sept. 19-22, 2023

When: Tuesday, September 19 – Friday, September 22, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Where: Jersey Mike’s Arena (Livingston Campus) 

Audience/Eligibility: Open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark) students AND alumni from all academic disciplines.

Overview: Join us in person at our 4-day Career & Internship Mega Fair! Over 100+ employers (different employers each day) will be available to network with candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities from various fields. View the complete list of participating employers via the Rutgers Handshake platform.  

  • Headshot booths sponsored by Johnson & Johnson will be available each day of the fair on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Attendance at this event and the fair prep events listed below earn Rutgers University–New Brunswick students stamps toward the #Rutgersworks Free Tuition Challenge.
  • The #MegaFastPass is a digital pass that enables Rutgers University–New Brunswick students to skip the registration line at the fair. It also grants them early admittance at 11:00 AM into the fair, and is valid for each day of the fair. We encourage students to properly prepare for the fair with our designated career prep tools and resources available for Rutgers University–New Brunswick students and alumni. By utilizing these resources and attending these specialized events, they can earn a #MegaFastPass that will appear in their Rutgers Handshake account.
